L-Series 2-Wire Sounder + Strobe

Pertronic

P2WL-P Sounder Strobe

The L-Series 2-Wire Sounder + Strobe (P2WL-P) is a conventional (dc-operated) audible and visual alarm device intended to alert building occupants of emergency situations. There is no "FIRE" labels on this sounder strobe device.

The P2WL-P provides seven field-configurable brightness settings. These settings are controlled by a switch on the back of the unit.

A rotary switch on the rear of the unit allows field selection of the audible alarm signal and volume. Four audible alarm signals and two volume settings are available.

The mounting plate has a shorting spring that provides wiring continuity before devices are installed. This enables installers to verify the wiring without installing the device. The device need not be installed until late in the construction process, reducing the risk of damage.
