Introducing Pertronic SOS
Pertronic SOS enables our customer support engineers to provide hands-on support when and where it is needed.
With Pertronic SOS you can share your laptop or desktop computer over an Internet connection with a Pertronic technical support engineer. It is a bit like having the support engineer alongside you.
To use Pertronic SOS, download the application from our website, install and run it. Pertronic SOS automatically generates a nine-digit security code.
Contact our technical support team in Lower Hutt (04 567 3229) or Auckland (09 633 0226) and provide the security code to an engineer. The engineer will then be able to view and control your device screen. They can show you how to use apps such as FireUtils®, they can watch your screen while you show them what you are doing, and you can share files with them.
