Pertronic Operations During the Covid-19 Level 4 Lockdown

wingateFeature

As an essential business, our Lower Hutt and Auckland offices will remain open during the Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown. During the lockdown, some parts of our business may operate at reduced capacity. However, we are confident in our ability to support fire protection companies during this difficult time.

Operating Hours

During the lockdown, our Auckland and Lower Hutt offices will be open for essential business between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Essential Business

Our staff are available to provide the following services:

  • Technical support by phone or email
  • Order processing for product delivery or collection (including warranty repairs)

There will be no Pertronic training courses or seminars during the lockdown.

How You Can Help

Please send purchase orders by email. Alternatively, our website has an online ordering page at https://pertronic.co.nz/tools/order-online-page/

For general inquiries or technical support, please phone or email rather than visiting our office.

If you visit a Pertronic office for any reason, including picking up or dropping off products, please sign the visitors’ book.

We have posted numerous signs around our offices and factory. Please follow the instructions on these signs.

Like our staff, all visitors must follow social distancing guidelines:

  • Stay at least 2 metres away from other people
  • Keep your feet at least 3 feet (91 cm) away from other people’s feet
  • Wash hands or use hand sanitiser regularly
  • Cough into your elbow
  • Avoid touching your face
  • If you feel sick, stay at home

Please stay in the areas designated for visitors.

Do not go into areas designated for essential staff only.

Access to Pertronic Auckland

We are upstairs, at 359 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga

Access to Pertronic Lower Hutt

Please use the new entrance at 3A Peterkin Street, Wingate.

Also, please note the trade sales counter is now located in the new building, to the left of the roller door as you come in from Peterkin Street.
